Jonathan Angelilli is the founder of Dynamic Results Inc., an expert personal trainer located in New York City, and a dynamic consultant to great trainers and fitness facilities.
My Story
I have been in the personal training industry for over nine years and have already experienced more success than I could have ever dreamed of, without possessing a degree in exercise. I set the bar high for myself and my clients; my goal is to transform each client’s life through fitness while making ‘good money’. Anything short of that I consider failure (not that failure is bad, it just needs to be accounted for and learned from).
I enjoy working with clients who work hard and are happy to follow my leadership. I like training from 1pm to 5pm when no one is at the gym. I prefer having the flexibility to travel 5-6 weeks out of the year, and take off Thursdays and Fridays for long weekends every month (snowboarding!!!). And I don’t really care for bootcamps! I know many people in our industry are crazy about them right now, and hey, that is cool with me, but it’s just not really my style.
Over the year, I have created a system to help me grow my business and train only awesome clients, and it works really well.
How good you ask?
I have made 6 figures every year starting at age 22, last year I made 6 figures just from training alone, working 24 hours a week. (19.7 hours training/week and 4.3 hours scheduling/managing clients, to be exact). In my spare time, I started on organic t-shirt company with some graffiti artists I grew up with.
I also bought my own apartment in Soho at age 23, all from money I saved from personal training.
And yes, my clients get phenomenal results that exceed their expectations . I transform their lives with exercise.

My Personal Experience with Exercise
I started working out to feel better about myself, and exercise changed my life. It has empowered me to be stronger physically and mentally, feel better within my body and about my body, and be more confident. Essentially, it allows me to be my best self and live life more fully. A passion to share this enthusiasm for self-empowerment naturally arose from my experience.
My Consulting Goals
My goals with every trainer is to transform their business and help them consistently exceed their own expectations about what they are capable of doing in this industry. I believe that the trainer/client relationship is unique for a multitude of reasons, and provides a special platform for transforming the clients’ life. I help personal trainers integrate this central tenet into a business model that will that will serve as the foundation for the lifestyle and career of their dreams.
No ho hokus pokus bullshit, I will teach you the stuff that will have an instant impact on your business and life, as long as you put my ideas into action.
My Personal Mission
I seek new knowledge every day, constantly welcoming both positive and negative feedback. I will stay humble and always remain a student of my craft and all the skills that help me master it, in particular business skills, psychology, and spirituality. I provide all of my trainers with a network of valuable information that will contribute to every aspect of their business. I constantly learn and get better, which allows me to keep my trainer clients actively engaged in the process, motivated, and successful.
My Vision
By helping trainers be their best and develop their abilities, I am expanding my sphere of influence, helping more people in the same amount of time, and contributing to the growth of our industry. One day in the not so distant future, personal trainers will be considered healers and health professionals with a role of equal importance to any doctor. But first, there is a lot of work to be done

• Competed in the Empire State Building Race Up and finished in the top 30% his first time ever doing the race (86 flights in 15minutes & 33 seconds).
